Child and Family Team Guide for Foster Parents
As a foster parent, child and family teams (CFTs) can help you to support the youth in your home and their family. This training will introduce you to the CFT basics — what they are, who they are made up of, how they work, how often they meet — and answer some frequently asked questions about CFTs as they relate to foster parents. You will be linked with useful online resources, as well as downloadable handouts for your use in preparing for and participating in a CFT meeting.
