For organizations to order Naloxone, they must first must have a standing order, signed by a medical prescriber, in place before DHHS can provide any kits. To request for your organization to acquire a standing order, complete the attached template (PDF). Once an organization has a standing order, or for organizations that have existing standing orders, click the link to submit a Naloxone request: https://ncivpb.iad1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_2i4NUyLnmrYFcjA

The requestor must indicate information about their organization to qualify, and then the state prioritizes the requests accordingly. For questions about organizational eligibility, contact Amanda Isac, whose contact info is displayed through the order link above, or here amanda.isac@dhhs.nc.gov.
