NC State Commencement: Congratulations to CFACE’s Emma Fagnano and Kim Eshleman

NC State Commencement on May 3, 2025
The Center would like to offer our sincere congratulations to all of the NC State students who graduated this month! This year, commencement took place on Saturday, May 3. This is always a special time of the year for the Wolfpack community, a time to celebrate the hard work and dedication it took for students to graduate with their respective degrees. Whether students graduated with their bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral degrees, these graduates are now moving on to think and do the extraordinary beyond NC State!
Honoring Emma Fagnano and Kim Eshleman
At the Center, we are celebrating Emma Fagnano, who has been working for the Center for Family and Community Engagement for nearly two years as a student. While working, she has been a full-time student earning her Master’s in Technical Communication through the Department of English. Emma has been an invaluable addition to the Center’s Communication Team during her time with CFACE. She has contributed significantly to the growth of our newsletter, website, blog and social media pages.
We would also like to congratulate Kim Eshleman who just graduated with her Master’s in Youth, Family and Community Sciences here at NC State. Kim has served as a CFACE graduate intern working with our director, Dr. Lorraine Taylor. Kim has made incredible contributions to the Ready, Set, Resilience curriculum that seeks to help children and families in hurricane-affected areas of North Carolina.
Both Emma and Kim will be staying with the Center through the summer to continue their great work! CFACE is proud of our incredible graduates, and we cannot wait to see what they accomplish in the future.
