Did you know that research suggests that 1 in 8 children in the United States grow up with a parent suffering from a substance use disorder? We are excited to highlight our online on-demand training entitled Fathering in Recovery as it ties to Father’s Day. This training course is designed to provide learners with a foundational knowledge of the needs and experiences of fathers who are in recovery from substance use disorders. The learner will work through three modules covering topics such as the conceptualizations of fathering, father involvement, and father engagement in substance use treatment and social service programming. This course should take approximately two hours to complete. Upon successfully completing all course materials, you will receive a certificate of completion.
