CHASS EPA Staff Award for Excellence
Sylester “Tee” Henderson (Center for Family and Community
Engagement) was the nominee and 
winner among EPA employees. Tee has been a trainer with the Center for Family and Community Engagement since 2005. She delivers four child and family curriculum programs to child welfare workers, supervisors, and community partners across all 100 NC counties. She also writes curricula, mentors new trainers, and acts as a liaison and resource for social workers and staff as they learn how to work with clients using child and family teams as a tool.
