Co-Training Heart to Heart

This unique two-day training is ideal for all agencies utilizing family or youth partners as co-trainers. Effective training partnerships model how systems, communities, and families can interact to provide positive outcomes for children and families; this workshop provides the opportunity to make your training partnerships as effective as possible! In it, you will:

  • Develop partnership skills that can be used to train any curriculum.
  • Strengthen training skills that model family-centered values.
  • Improve your partnership toolbox in order to deliver balanced presentations.

Co-Training Heart to Heart was developed by the Family Agency Collaborative Training Team (FACTT), a cross-system collaborative training committee, and is presented with financial and administrative support by NC DSS and the Center for Family and Community Engagement at North Carolina State University.
