Lifelong learning through training and professional development is a core foundation to our center’s work.
Our Professional Training Offerings
We offer our trainings in-person, online and also have on-demand courses available to enhance your knowledge in specific subject areas. The Center’s training program has partnered with the North Carolina Division of Social Services for over 20 years. This partnership supports the learning and professional development of child welfare professionals and their community partners.
Our training program provides learning opportunities that include the voices and perspectives of family, youth, and community. Our training events, offered both in person, online and on-demand are provided across all 100 counties of North Carolina.
How We Support Learning Needs
In accordance with our mission, we build and deliver unique training events, provide technical assistance and learning support, and utilize research in all areas of our program work. Together, in partnership with families and youth, agency staff, and communities we facilitate practice improvements and enhance lives through education and learning opportunities.
